Last Updated: March 27, 2026
At Sweet Talk, we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the exploitation or abuse of children. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and complying with global standards to prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit the use of our 1V1 audio calling platform for any activities involving:
- The solicitation, grooming, or exploitation of minors.
- The transmission or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Any behavior that puts the safety or well-being of a child at risk.
2. Reporting Mechanisms
We provide tools within the app to empower our community to stay safe.
- In-App Reporting: Users can report any suspicious behavior or safety violations directly during or after an audio call via the "Report" button.
- Reporting: Users can report any suspicious activity or safety concerns via the "Report" button during or after a 1V1 call.
- Email Reporting: Safety concerns can also be reported directly to our safety team at support@sweettalk.fun.
3. Enforcement and Compliance
Any account found to be engaging in activities that violate these Child Safety Standards will be subject to:
- Immediate and Permanent Termination: We will ban the user's account and hardware ID from our platform.
- Law Enforcement Notification: In compliance with international law, we will report all instances of CSAM or child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant legal authorities.
